TUSAL

It's TUSAL time again. It was actually Monday but the last two days have been busy, busy. Wow...so tired already! I contributed to the jar a little between *the boy's* mom's scarf and my birthday exchange. Not a lot though seeing as knitting does not contribute as many orts as stitching does.
I was really hoping to have an overflowing jar by the end of the year but it's really only half full. Looks like that wont happen.

I laughed at some of your post office comments. This morning was a true example of how much of a morning person I am not and how the post office fairies were against me. I managed to wake up, be showered and ready to go out the door by 730am. An amazing feat in itself! Seeing as the post office is only one block away, this was good timing. I remember to get my coffee to go from the coffeemaker and there's no coffee. Apparently, I had the foresight to grind the coffee beans but not enough foresight to put water in the maker so, you know, the coffee could actually brew. *smacks head* But I remember Peet's is next to the post office so it's ok. I lug all my packages into the post office and no one is there! Apparently, they changed their opening time to 830am from 730am....and I obviously didn't get the memo. So that meant post office at lunchtime. I had really hoped to knit a little during lunch but oh well. I still got morning coffee and the packages have started their journey.

I still haven't sewed on my pants...I'll tell you about my sewing adventures tomorrow! I can't believe it's Wednesday night and I still haven't really sewed anything. Where does the time go!?!

Until next time...

Ha! The dreaded post office;)
Ours changed their Saturday hours recently and I went @ 9:30, they opened @ 10:30...I waited. Crazy thing though, they close @ 12!
Why even open? The line was horrible, thankfully I was at the front;)

Glad you got your post office visit out of the way.
Your TUSAL looks great. Who cares if it gets full or not?? There's always next year. :)
